The transportation routes passing through four provinces have become a difficult problem for this delivery and arrival work. After the efforts of all parties, the project completed the transportation work spanning thousands of kilometers in just 72 hours. As of March 31, 2021, the overall ethylene glycol project of Shanxi Meijin Huasheng Chemical New Materials Co., Ltd. has been completed at 79.4%. The process pipeline welding has completed 300,000 dynes, and the first pass rate of welding flaw detection is 99.41%. Currently, the project is undergoing desalination station commissioning, hydraulic pressure testing of tower equipment, and circulating water pre-filming. The project is located in the Fine Chemical Cycle Industrial Park in Qingxu County, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province. It uses coke oven gas to enrich hydrogen and blast furnace gas and converter gas to enrich carbon. Characteristics, three kinds of gas coupling, production of high-end chemicals, adhering to the new concept of improving the coupling of coking, metallurgy and chemical industry, aiming at high efficiency and low energy consumption, realizing a new pattern of organic integration and coordinated development of coking and modern coal chemical industry, creating High-tech, high-value-added fine coking chemical products promote the green transformation of China’s coking industry by taking coking products-renewable resources-recycling as a path.

The project will be implemented in two phases.
