Four Meetings
1. Be familiar with the equipment structure, master the technical performance and Operation method, understand the processing technology, choose the cutting amount reasonably, and use the equipment correctly.
2. Know how to maintain: refuel and change oil correctly according to the lubrication chart, keep the oil circuit smooth and the oil line, linoleum and oil filter clean. Clean it carefully to keep the inside and outside of the equipment clean, free of grease and rust, so that “the paint can see its true color and the iron can see the light”. Do daily maintenance carefully and perform first-level maintenance regularly.
3. Ability to check: Understand the accuracy standards and processing specifications of the equipment, and be able to check the abnormal status of the equipment related to the processing technology.
4. Able to troubleshoot: can analyze abnormal sounds, temperatures and operating conditions, discover abnormal conditions of equipment, and take measures to eliminate general faults. Participate in equipment accident analysis, identify causes, learn lessons, and take preventive measures.
“Four Requirements” for Equipment Maintenance
1. Neatness
(1) Tools and accessories are complete and placed neatly. They are not allowed to be placed directly on the guide rail surface of the machine tool. Tool boxes, material racks and workpieces should be placed reasonably and neatly.
(2) The protective devices and parts of the machine tool should be complete and the various signs should be complete and clear.
(3) All pipes and electrical lines should be installed neatly, safely and reliably.
2. Cleaning
(1) Clean inside and outside, no yellow There are no robes, oil dirt, rust, or iron filings.
(2) There is no grease on each sliding surface, three bars, gears and racks.
(3) The ground around the machine tool should always be kept clean and free of oil, water, chips and debris.
3. Lubrication
(1) Familiar with the lubrication chart and follow the schedule Refuel and change oil according to quality and quantity, and keep the oil mark visible.
(2) The oil tank, oil pool and cooling box should be clean and free of iron filings and debris.
(3) Oil cans, oil guns, oil holes, oil cups, oil lines and linoleum should be kept complete and clean.
(4) The oil pump pressure is normal, the oil circuit is smooth, and the bearings in all parts are well lubricated.
4. Safety
(1) Be familiar with the equipment performance and comply with Safety technical operating procedures to prevent personal and equipment accidents.
(2) Operate the equipment with the operating certificate.
(3) Observe the “Five Disciplines” for equipment operation, understand the contents of “Three Goods and Four Meetings” and implement them conscientiously.
(4) The electrical circuits are reliably grounded and well insulated, the limit switches and retainers are safe and reliable, and the signal instruments are sensitive.
Five principles of equipment operation
1. The equipment must be used with an operating certificate and strict compliance with safety technical operating procedures and process documents.
2. Always keep the equipment clean, refuel according to the lubrication chart, and do not drive until the lubrication work is done well, and do not leave work until the cleaning work is done well.
3. Earnestly implement the shift handover system and fill in the shift handover and operation time records.
4. Take good care of tools and accessories and do not lose them.
5. You are not allowed to leave your post while the equipment is running. If you find a fault, you should stop the machine immediately. If you cannot handle it yourself, you should promptly notify the maintenance worker for inspection.
