1 Spindle part
Check the flexibility of the spindle operation: ①. Remove the spindle; ②. Grasp the stationary plate and gently turn the rotating plate to check whether the rotation is flexible? Is there any abnormal noise? Is it lack of oil?
If abnormal spindles are found, handle them in the following order:
① Pull out the stationary disk (yarn pot binding agent) with force to separate the static disk and the wire clamping disk.
② Check whether there is waste wire wrapped around the spindle bearing. If so, remove it and check the flexibility of the bearing.
③ If there is no yarn winding, but the bearing is not flexible in rotation; or if the bearing is still not flexible in rotation after removing the yarn, you need to use a special clamp to remove the bearing and replace it with a new bearing.
④ Use a special clamp to hold the inner ring of the bearing and press the bearing in.
⑤ After putting the apron on the bearing again, press in the static plate.
If the spindle foot is short of oil, refill it immediately.
2 Dragon belt part
Check whether the dragon belt makes any abnormal noise, whether it moves up and down, whether it is wrapped with yarn, and whether it is stained with oil. If the dragon belt makes abnormal noise, it means that its operation is abnormal, or the yarn is wound. Check whether the tangential belt touches the lowest part of the guide. If it does, adjust the height of the tensioning guide pulley, starting from the side of the drive pulley. When twisting to the right, the synchronous belt rotates clockwise, so when adjusting, start checking from the driving belt pulley and check one week clockwise. The movement of the dragon belt up and down is also caused by the poor height position of the tensioning guide wheel. If there is yarn wrapped on the dragon belt, if it is a small amount, it can be processed when the machine is stopped. If it is a large amount, it needs to be processed immediately, otherwise the dragon belt will slip and make abnormal noise. When the tangential belt is seriously polluted, the spindle speed will decrease, the tangential belt will slip and make abnormal sounds. Therefore, the tangential belt should be removed and cleaned with neutral detergent.
3 Tensioning guide wheel
When the tangential belt is driven, the tensioning guide wheel passes through the outside of the tensioning guide wheel and the inside of the tangential belt. Its function is to maintain the tension of the dragon belt and ensure that the transmission does not slip. When adjusting the tensioning guide wheel, make sure that the tensioning guide wheel rotates flexibly. If the tensioning guide wheel does not rotate flexibly, the dragon belt will be worn. At the same time, ensure that the tensioning guide wheel transmission is stable. If the dragon belt is too high at this time, it needs to be adjusted downward. The steps are as follows: ① Loosen the fastening screw; ② Loosen the left lifting screw, and then unscrew the right lifting screw; ③ Tighten the fastening screw. Generally, the adjustment range of the nylon belt is very small. Try to keep the position of the nylon belt on each tensioner wheel the same.
