According to market demand, Cangzhou Lingang Anaiji New Materials Co., Ltd. plans to build a special polyamide new material project with an annual output of 20,000 tons; including an annual output of 7,000 tons/year of polyhexamethylene adipamide (PA66), polyamide Hexamethylene phthalamide (PA6T) 8,000 tons/year, polyhexamethylene isophthalamide (PA6I) 3,000 tons/year, polym-xylylene adipamide (MXD6) 2,000 tons/year.
The total project investment is 119.66 million yuan, of which environmental protection investment is 600,000 yuan, accounting for 0.5% of the total investment. It is expected to be put into production in July 2021.
The project includes 4 products and sets up 1 production line. The annual production days of PA66 are 116 days, the annual production days of PA6T are 133 days, the annual production days of 6I/6T are 50 days, and the annual production days of MXD are 6 The number of days is 34 days, and the site needs to be cleared when changing varieties.
