In daily production, the main measure for yarn tension control is to select an appropriate traveler weight. The main basis is to maintain the normal balloon shape and low end breakage under various balloon height conditions. . The key point to consider is that when winding a large diameter at the end of tube bottom forming, the balloon should not be too large, and when a large yarn is winding a small diameter, the balloon should not be too small.
When spinning spun yarn with the same linear density, each factory will use different traveler numbers due to different spinning conditions, such as spindle speed, package size, and the age of the steel ring. The numbers vary. The following principles should be considered when selecting:
(1) How old or new the steel ring is: When a new steel ring is used, the surface friction coefficient is high, so the traveler should be lighter until the track is smooth. Then increase the weight to normal weight. Due to frictional heat and other reasons, after the steel ring is used for about half a year, bright metal fusion will form on the surface, destroying the new friction surface, reducing the friction coefficient, that is, the steel ring will decline, causing the balloon to expand and hit the yarn separation plate, causing the yarn to The strips are shaved, the tension fluctuates greatly and breakage increases. At this time, the weight of the traveler should be increased. When the ring is severely degraded and the effect of weighting the traveler is not significant, the traveler model can be changed to change the contact arc length of the traveler on the ring, so that the ring can be used for a period of time.
(2) Yarn linear density: The centrifugal force of rotation of the balloon of coarse special yarn is large, and the convex shape of the balloon is easy to expand. The wire ring should be controlled with emphasis to facilitate the stability and control of the balloon. Shape: Since the strength of fine special yarn is relatively low, the traveler should be lighter to help ease the contradiction between tension and strength.
(3) Steel ring diameter: The larger the steel ring diameter, the greater the tension at the bottom of the balloon. The traveler should be light to reduce the yarn tension and maintain the normal balloon shape.
(4) Spindle speed: When spinning yarns with the same linear density, if the spindle speed is high and the yarn tension is high, the traveler should be lighter.
(5) Changes in temperature and humidity: The temperature and humidity in the yellow plum season in summer are high, so the wire ring should be appropriately heavier; in winter, the climate is dry and the relative humidity is low, so the wire ring should be lighter. </p
