Common problems with opening and shaping
1. Take off the edge and take off the needle
reason:
①The cloth feeding cart is placed incorrectly
② The cloth feeding tension of the front car is not adjusted well and the overfeed amount is too small.

④The needle plate comes off
⑤The round brush does not work
⑥Vehicle speed is too fast

Precaution:
①The cloth cart should be placed on the center line before finalization
②Adjust the cloth lever to make the gray cloth tension appropriate and increase the overfeed amount.
③ Pay attention to the position of the edge suction device and adjust it in time if any deviation is found.

2. Wide edge
reason:
①Improper adjustment of edge suction device
②The fabric edge photoelectric tracker is not properly adjusted

④The width of the gray fabric is too wide
Precaution:
① Pay attention to adjusting the position of the edge suction device in time
②Adjust to the appropriate position
③Reduce overfeeding amount
④Increase the width of finished product
3. Tear cloth
reason:
① There are big holes in the gray fabric or the fabric is easy to detach.
②The stereotyped tenter is too wide
Precaution:
①Sew the big hole before finalizing
②Adjust the shaping process
4. Ruffles
reason:
①The needle plate is missing or the needle plate is missing.
② Feed the fabric to one side
③The overfeeding amount is too large or too small
④The door width is too wide and needle insertion is difficult.
⑤Edge detector failure
⑥When feeding the fabric, there is a bilateral phenomenon.
Precaution:
①Replace the needle plate
②The cloth in front of the vehicle should be centered
③The cloth feeding tension should be adjusted appropriately
④Adjust tenter width

5. Latitude and oblique
reason:
①The cloth feed is skewed
②The weft is not adjusted properly
③When seaming, the horizontal lines are not straight.
④The elasticity on both sides of the gray fabric is inconsistent
⑤The stitching on both sides of the gray fabric is inconsistent, and the seam head of the gray fabric is skewed.
Precaution:
①Enter the cloth correctly
②Adjust the weft adjustment device to correct the weft deviation.
③The sewing head must be straight
④Adjust with weft straightening device
⑤ Master the operation correctly
6. Unqualified width
reason:
①The amplitude modulation is inaccurate or the width specifications are misread
②The temperature is low, the cloth speed is fast, and the process requirements are not met, and the fabric is not fixed.
③The fabric itself has quality reasons for wide or narrow width.
④The styling effect is not good
Precaution:
①Adjust the tension and overfeed amount to be uniform, appropriate and stable.
②Control the width of processed fabrics or adjust the shaping process
③ Re-evaluate the finished product weight
7. Unqualified shrinkage rate
reason:
① Small overfeeding amount, large tension, fast speed and low temperature.
② AM is not accurate
③The width and weight of the fabric itself.
Precaution:
① Increase the overfeeding amount, reduce the tension, reduce the vehicle speed, and increase the temperature.
②Adjust the width and check frequently
③ Re-evaluate the width and weight.
8. Color change
reason:
①Dye sublimation
②The setting temperature is too high
Precaution:
① Use dyes with good sublimation fastness when dyeing dark colors.
②Reduce the setting temperature
9. Wind seal
reason:
① The sublimation fastness of the dye is poor, and the machine is stopped.
②When parking is not in use, stop the fan
Precaution:
①Choose dyes with good sublimation fastness
②Connect the hot air motor transmission system in series
