01 The reason why Siro spinning whiskers are sucked away

Siro spinning is two rovings spun on the same spindle. At the exit of the front roller, the two slivers form a triangular twist. There are seven problems (or factors) in this triangular twist:

The size of the triangle is related to the width of the two whiskers;

There are two factors that determine the width of the two strands, one is the center width of the bell mouth, and the other is the roving weight.
The larger the center distance of the bell mouth, the wider the center distance between the whiskers; the heavier the roving weight, the wider the center distance between the whiskers. On the contrary, the narrower it is.

Two whiskers with the same quantity form an isosceles triangle;

When the two strands have inconsistent rations, the one with the heavier ration will have a shorter triangular length, and the one with the lighter ration will have a longer triangular length;

When the Siro condition is determined, the vertical length of the front roller holding nip line and the twisting point remains unchanged;

The direction of the twist angle of the Siro yarn during Z twisting is in the same direction as the right stripe, and the twist is less along the length of the triangle area; in the opposite direction to the left stripe, the angles are superimposed, and the twist is more along the length of the triangle area; in normal In the case of an isosceles triangle, the right side has more whiskers in the core of the yarn, and the left side has more whiskers outside the yarn.

The detail caused by running strips increases and the dry CV worsens. Therefore, the four indicators of single strength, hairiness, consistency, and details must be considered as a whole.

The control of roving quantity must be highly stable. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the uneven weight of the final yarn and the elongation of the roving. On the basis of ensuring supply, the roving quantity is controlled to be light to reduce the strips from running due to edge delamination.
