The reporter learned that in the past two years, Benda Company has successively built energy-saving projects such as mercerizing machine waste alkali recovery projects, setting machine waste heat recovery projects, natural gas transformation projects, and reclaimed water reuse projects. Take the “Mercering Machine Waste Alkali Recovery Project in the Pre-treatment Workshop” as an example. Its working principle is to recycle the alkali solution from the mercerizing machine.The newly collected liquid is collected in a fixed storage tank, and then pumped from the storage tank to the liquid alkali recovery device, and the liquid alkali is recovered to the machine through the recovery device for use. It is estimated that relying on this project, Benda Company can reduce the use of liquid alkali by 500 tons and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1,500 tons per year.
