4. The steaming box should use saturated steam to avoid yellow spots and holes.

Suitable for processing cotton and cotton blended fabrics, especially heavy fabrics, such as polyester-cotton khaki, etc.

4. The steaming and turning equipment for stacked rolls is complex, prone to wrinkles, the length of the cloth roll will gradually decrease, and the operation control requirements are high.
5. The impurity removal effect is good and the quality is relatively uniform.
6． There must be more than 10cm of working fluid at the steaming bottom of the crawler box to keep the fabric in a wet steaming state, otherwise it is easy to produce horizontal rungs and uneven dyeing.

3. The import and export sealing requirements are high, and polytetrafluoroethylene is generally used. It has a long service life and the seal is prone to air leakage, so it needs to be replaced regularly.
4. The steaming time is short, a lot of materials are used, the cost is high, the equipment maintenance is difficult, and polyester and cotton fabrics are not suitable for processing.
