1.Materials</p

1.1. Fabric specifications: T/C65/3513×2/13×2tex560×240/10cm</p

1.2. Finishing agent: anti-oil agent FST, FT-200, CTF, FG-20</p

1.3. Craftsmanship</p

Two dipping and two rolling→drying→baking→inspection→finished product</p

2. Discussion on process conditions</p

2.1.织物基布影响� According to the test results, polyester-cotton khaki has better oil and water resistance than antistatic polyester-cotton khaki with conductive fibers. The main reason is that the surface finish, fabric structure, hygroscopicity, etc. of the fabric have different effects on oil and water repellency</ p

2.2.防油剂用量:随用量增加,拒油拒水效果增加,但织物手感变硬,所以浓度应控制在一定范围,以拒油效果好,手感影响小为宜。

2.3.热处理条件的影响:拒油整理的织物必须通过焙烘才能使拒油整理剂固着,得到持久的拒油效果。根据综合考虑和测试结果,180℃焙烘较为理想。

2.4.焙烘时间的影响:焙烘时间增长,拒油拒水性能有所提高,达到一定时间后,增加不明显,相反织物手感变硬,变粗糙。根据测试认为3分钟较适合。

2.5. Effect of oil- and water-repellent finishing on antistatic properties:</p

根据实验,拒油拒水整理后的织物,抗静电性均有所下降,洗涤次数越多,下降越多,但我们认为如以达到国标要求为指标来衡量一般均达要求。

根据以上研究,得出较好的工艺路线,并进行了大生产。织物:抗静电涤棉布。

据上表,处理后织物的拒油拒水抗静电性能完全达到要求� �说明生产方案和工艺是切实可行的� �但是由于织物中含有不锈钢纤维,手感较硬;含氟的整理剂用来作拒油拒水整理剂价格较高,这些因素,使得加工成本较高� �今后应从此二方面进行研究,以期达到较好的效果,创造出更多经济效益�
