1. Specifications of polyester fiber (filament) The linear density of polyester core yarn directly affects the style of burnout products. If the polyester yarn is too thin, the burnout parts will be thin and soft, but if it is too thick, the member will lack lightness. Therefore, the linear density of polyester core yarn should be selected according to the use and style of the fabric. For burnout fabrics used for decoration, the burnout area is large, and considering the drape of the fabric, polyester yarn with a larger sample number, such as 7.6tex (68 denier), can be selected. For burnout fabrics used for summer workwear, if the burnout area is small and the concave and convex effect of the fabric is taken into consideration, polyester yarn with a smaller special number, such as 5tex (45 denier), etc., should be selected. 2. Blended chemical fiber fabric ratio The ratio of blended chemical fiber fabric not only has a great impact on the hygroscopicity and washability of the fabric, but also has a great relationship with the burnout effect and the quality of the finished product.
