Maintenance and management of electronic weft selection device

1. Maintenance and maintenance
In order to ensure the reliability of the function of the electronic weft selection device and keep it in an extremely good performance state, each user must perform necessary maintenance and adjustments according to the maintenance manual provided by the OEM to prevent Damage caused during use.
The electronic weft selection device of each model is designed and selected by each main engine manufacturer, and its user manual is compiled and issued by each manufacturer. The following only uses the TM11E electronic weft selection device as an example to introduce the maintenance requirements of the electronic weft selection device. ,for reference.
1. Internal adjustment
When the internal components of the electronic weft selection device fail or when routine maintenance is performed, the following adjustments must be made.
(1) 0 position, when adjusting, adjust the correct gap through the reference degrees (0°, 28°, 100°) marked on a dial on the left side of the weft selection device. It is carried out through a magnet device.
Position adjustment: This position means that the weft selection point is raised to a high point, and the loom is at 315° or 325°. The specific adjustment steps are: Use the provided rules to insert between the magnet A and the selection hook suction piece B. Loosen the fixing screw and rotate cam C to increase or decrease the distance between magnet A and suction piece B to keep the distance at 0.5mm.
If you want to replace the electromagnet device, you must remove the magnet device from the bracket and keep the gaskets and brackets originally installed between the electromagnet device and the bracket. The new electromagnet must be installed with all the original gaskets. On the original stand. Electromagnets and supports are not interchangeable. Because the number of spacers changes according to the structural tolerance of the weft selector.
Adjustment of the positions of rocker arm F and selector hook G (Figure 11-3): When in the O position, the gap distance between rocker arm F and selector hook is 1.8mm. If not, adjust the cam. Turn the cam forward to Increase the gap, turn it backward to reduce the gap, and be sure to keep it vertical during inspection.

2. Maintenance cycle of the electronic weft selection device
Regular and systematic inspection of the electronic weft selection device is an important auxiliary task. These preventive inspections can avoid many failures and damages. Maintenance See the table below for content.

2. Warehouse Management
(1) After the main engine manufacturer purchases the electronic weft selector device, it should inspect each device one by one or use random inspection methods for acceptance, and store them in the original box packaging and stack them neatly.
(2) Pay attention to the order of stacking, and adhere to the principle of first in storage, first use. Do not store for too long. Random inspections will be conducted every six months, and oil sealing work (coated with anti-rust oil) will be done as appropriate.
(3) For electronic weft selection devices that cannot be rectified by our factory’s mechanics, the mechanics must fill in the fault symptoms, put a label on it, store it separately, and promptly notify the supplier to repair it.
