Use, care and maintenance
1. Use (1) LASER/NOVA type weft feeder is equipped with front and rear tensioners. When using, the clamping tension should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the spinning yarn, and the brushing degree of the brush ring should be adjusted at the same time. The yarn spacing can be adjusted for spinning yarns with different yarn counts. Please refer to the user instructions for details. (2) When using the FDP weft feeder, adjust its position so that the axis is aligned with the main nozzle of the loom. You can also adjust the drum diameter according to the effective width of the reed of the loom, and adjust the distance between the electromagnetic needle and the main drum piece. This basically meets the conditions of use. For details, please refer to the user instructions. (3) When using the COMET type weft feeder, in order to prevent the vibration of the loom from affecting its work, the weft feeder should be installed on a bracket separate from the loom, and its axis should be aligned with the main nozzle of the loom. The distance between the weft feeder and the main nozzle is preferably about 350mm to ensure the best weft insertion state. Please refer to the user instructions for details. 2. Maintenance and maintenance The LASER/NOVA weft feeder needs to be maintained regularly, mainly to clean the flying flowers, dust and oil on the yarn storage drum to ensure that the small magnet is sensitive. The purpose of this is to ensure the normal operation of the weft measurement sensor and thus the normal operation of the weft feeder. The maintenance of FDP type weft feeder is to regularly fill the oil filling hole with oil to ensure that the overhang shaft can rotate easily. Cleaning the drum surface is also very important. It can protect the drum surface from dust and wear and prolong the service life of the drum. When using the COMET weft feeder, the lint and dust on it must be regularly removed to ensure the normal operation of the device and reduce the failure rate.
