On the morning of July 2, in the Aksu Textile Industrial City (Development Zone), the 50,000-ton nylon chemical fiber textile project of Aksu Yousheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. started construction.
The project is expected to achieve an annual output of approximately 50,000 tons of nylon and polyester, 20,000 tons of knitted gray fabrics, and 50 million meters of woven gray fabrics. The annual total output value is approximately 1.5 billion yuan, creating employment for approximately 1,000 people.
In November 2021, with the help of the provincial and municipal aid to Xinjiang headquarters, Chen Liangfu, chairman of Hangzhou Yiniu Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., and his party went to Aksu for an on-site inspection. Chen Liangfu said that Aksu is an important node in the Silk Road Economic Belt, between east and west. An important channel for economic and cultural exchanges, it has obvious geographical advantages, resource advantages and cultural advantages, huge development potential and broad development prospects.
After an on-site inspection, the company immediately decided to establish Aksu Yousheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. in Aksu Textile Industrial City (Development Zone), planning to invest 1 billion yuan in the construction of a 50,000-ton nylon chemical fiber textile project. The newly constructed factory building is 140,000 square meters, equipped with 312 nylon spinning positions, 50 texturing machines, 200 machine packages, 300 circular knitting machines, and 500 air-jet looms.
Hangzhou Yiniu Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. It is a company specializing in the production and sales of polyester special fibers and knitted fabrics. It has advanced polyester spinning and processing lines, with an annual production of 60,000 tons of polyester and 15,000 tons of knitted fabrics, with annual sales exceeding 1 billion yuan.
This time, the industrial chain consortium with Yiniu Chemical Fiber as the main body plans to invest approximately 1 billion yuan in the construction of Aksu Yousheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd.’s 50,000-ton nylon chemical fiber textile project in Aksu Textile Industrial City (Development Zone). It is expected that after it is completed and put into operation, it can achieve an annual output of about 50,000 tons of nylon, 20,000 tons of knitted gray fabrics, and 50 million meters of woven gray fabrics. The annual total output value is about 1.5 billion yuan, and it will create employment for about 1,000 people. After the project is put into operation, it will effectively fill the gap in nylon materials in the Aksu region, meet the diversified needs of local clothing fabrics, accelerate the construction of the entire textile and apparel industry chain, and effectively help the textile industry in the Aksu region to replenish, strengthen and extend the chain.
