This court believes that Shaoxing County Xintianlong Textile Co., Ltd.’s current corporate assets and The creditor’s rights registration result confirms that the assets of Shaoxing County Xintianlong Textile Co., Ltd. cannot pay off its due debts, and the assets are insufficient to pay off all debts. This court is hearing the bankruptcy liquidation application of Shaoxing County Xintianlong Textile Co., Ltd. , the relevant rights holder has not filed an application for reconciliation or reorganization procedures and Shaoxing County Xintianlong Textile Co., Ltd. has no obstacles to declaring bankruptcy.
