On June 6, the no-load test run of the cracked gas compressor unit of the ethylene unit of the 800,000 tons/year ethylene unit of the Gulei Refining and Chemical Integrated Project undertaken by Shijian Company was successful, marking that the Gulei Refining and Chemical Ethylene Project entered the start-up preparation stage. .
It is understood that the compressor unit is the core equipment of the ethylene unit. The no-load test power of the compressor unit was 29,225 kilowatts, the rotation speed was 4,795/min, and the maximum design pressure was 4.2 MPa.
At present, the employees involved in the construction continue to keep up with the test operation status of the compressor unit, which provides a strong guarantee for the successful start-up and feeding of the Gulei Refinery ethylene unit.
As early as December 2018, the first phase of the Fujian Gulei refining and chemical integration project issued a device change announcement. After the change, the number of main units was reduced from 16 to 11, including: 800,000 tons/year steam cracking, 550,000 tons/year pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation, 350,000 tons/year aromatics extraction, and 130,000 tons/year butadiene.
