On August 21, Keyan Street, Keqiao District, Shaoxing City launched a joint law enforcement operation to rectify “low-scattered and chaotic” enterprises to crack down on environmental violations and jointly maintain the quality of the ecological environment.
On that day, the law enforcement officers were divided into five groups and went to 10 industrial parks including Jiufang Park, Fumei Park, and Liulu Park to carry out law enforcement. The command team was stationed in the four-platform command room. . During the law enforcement process, law enforcement officers adopted measures to post seals on “low-scattered and disorderly polluting” enterprises that were illegally involved in pollution and whose environmental impact assessments were not in place. After the enforcement, the heads of each group returned to the command room on the fourth platform to report the enforcement results. In this joint law enforcement operation, a total of 22 “low-dispersion, disorderly and polluting” companies were shut down.

It is reported that Keyan Street, as a pilot unit for the rectification of “low and scattered pollution” in industrial plants in the district, has been dedicated to work and more than 170 people since the mobilization meeting was held on August 7. Famous districts sent joint enterprise attendants to visit 342 pollution-related enterprises to inform them of policies, provide services, and quickly advance rectification work. As of August 20, a total of 300 companies had voluntarily shut down, with a shutdown rate of 88%, successfully completing the first phase of the pilot.
