On the morning of January 6, a roadshow for the shutdown and withdrawal of printing and dyeing enterprises in Yuecheng District, Shaoxing was successfully held at Guozhou Printing and Dyeing. The District Economic and Information Bureau (District Promotion Office) hosted the event. Ruan Chenghua, deputy director of the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau (Municipal Promotion Office) attended the event. The district’s Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, Ecological Environment Branch, and persons in charge of Doumen, Mashan, and Sunduan Subdistricts, involving 22 printing and dyeing companies that were shut down at the end of the year, participated in this event.
The roadshow activity is divided into two parts: outdoor on-site visit roadshow and conference review.
During the outdoor roadshow, the Guozhou Printing and Dyeing Organization led the team to the production workshop and sewage pool to explain the preparations for the dismantling of production equipment and the dredging and dismantling of sewage pools. During the meeting review session, each functional department discussed the safety of equipment dismantling and the disposal of hazardous chemicals. , waste gas, waste water, solid waste disposal, soil pollution investigation and restoration, sewage tank cleaning and safe dredging and dismantling, employee disposal, special equipment disposal, change of business license business scope, etc. were explained and requirements were put forward.
At the end of the event, Deputy Director Ruan Chenghua made specific requirements in three aspects: the time node for shutdown and exit, optimizing government services, preparations for shutdown and exit, and group building. Through this roadshow, the awareness of corporate responsibility has been further enhanced, the shutdown process has been streamlined, and printing and dyeing enterprises have been promoted to implement shutdown and exit as required.
