Since December 21, POY150D has increased from 6975 yuan/ton to 7520 yuan/ton, an increase of 7.53%; DTY150D has increased from 8550 yuan/ton to 9100 yuan/ton, an increase of 6.43%; FDY150D has increased from 7200 yuan/ton to 7,700 yuan/ton, an increase of 6.94%.
In the face of rising prices, the demand for downstream texturing and weaving purchases has increased. Since the last promotion, polyester manufacturers have carried out multiple supplementary increases. Factory production and sales have improved, with the seven-day average production and sales ratio exceeding 100, and the production and sales of some better factories have even reached around 300%-400%.
In fact, under the rising market atmosphere, the most important thing to pay attention to should first be the demand issue, and the rest is the upstream cost game and its own production capacity load and other factors. The operating rate and inventory status of downstream manufacturers are the key to judging the sustainability of market demand.

Especially with the correction of polyester products and limited production capacity, weaving manufacturers’ gray fabrics are also expected to experience greater fluctuations.

As a major energy-consuming province, coastal areas are also important textile distribution centers, involving chemical fiber manufacturing, cotton spinning, wool spinning, yarn-dyed weaving, non-woven, clothing, home textiles and other industries.
