On February 9, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Shenghong Petrochemical Industry Group and Sinopec No. 10 Construction Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Sinopec No. 10”) was grandly held in Lianyungang. Wu Zhongxian, executive director and party secretary of Sinopec Company 10, and Miao Hangen, chairman of Shenghong Holding Group, attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. Wang Yi, general manager of Sinopec Company 10, and Bai Wei, president of Shenghong Petrochemical Industry Group and general manager of Sierbon Petrochemical, signed on behalf of both parties. For the strategic cooperation agreement, Yu Huiyong, vice president of Shenghong Petrochemical Industry Group and general manager of Shenghong Refining and Chemical, presided over the signing ceremony.
