Spandex twisted yarn is a stretch of elastic spandex yarn combined with two inelastic yarns It is twisted and the structure is shown in Figure 2-4(b). The spandex yarn of the spandex twisted yarn has the same twist as the outer yarn. In the tensioned state, there is no obvious core-sheath relationship between the spandex yarn and other yarns, but a mutually twisted relationship. Therefore, the spandex yarn is exposed when the yarn is in a tensioned state. Since the coloring properties of the spandex yarn are inconsistent with other inelastic yarns, dyeing will cause color flowers and color differences, so it is not suitable for dark-colored products. The advantage of spandex twisted yarn is that spandex yarn can be matched with various yarns or filaments, and is suitable for small batch production of multiple varieties. Even one twisting machine can process several varieties at the same time. The elasticity can be determined according to the use of the product. Use an outer covering yarn consistent with the fabric to make the appearance of the yarn consistent with the raw material of the fabric, and reach the same hue after dyeing.
