If the temperature and humidity of spun pure polyester are not well controlled, the following problems may occur.
1) Blowing process. When the temperature is lower than 20 ℃ and the relative humidity is lower than 50%, the roll will not be well formed (fluffy), the layers will be unclear, the bar will be difficult to pull out, and the unevenness will be high. The general temperature is between 20°C and 32°C, and the relative humidity is between 58% and 68%.
2) Carding process. When the temperature is lower than 22 ℃ and the humidity is lower than 45%, the static electricity will be serious, the cotton net will float, the edges will be broken, the sliver will be fluffy, the pressure roller will be wound, and the inclined pipe will be blocked. The general temperature is between 22 ℃ and 32 ℃, and the relative humidity is between 52% and 62%.
3) And rough process. Controlling a high humidity will help reduce static electricity and facilitate drafting and twisting; however, if it is too high, it will cause adhesion and blockage of the inclined tube, resulting in winding. The general temperature is between 22 ℃ and 32 ℃, and the relative humidity is between 55% and 68%.
4) Spinning process. The humidity is low, causing flying flowers and hairy yarn. If the humidity is too high or too low, it will cause entanglement and increase breakage and defects. Special attention: The temperature difference between the roving and spinning workshops cannot be too large, otherwise, condensation droplets will form and become entangled. The general temperature is 22 ℃ ~ 33 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50% ~ 55%.
