03 Pay attention to the evaluation of the quality (weight) of newly installed wire rings
Since the tension of the balloon is difficult to detect and the range of movement is large from the bottom to the top, the balance force at the bottom is too small and the top is too large. 06 Pay attention to the running-in problem of ring travelers
Generally, the running-in effect of traditional steel rings is to grind and passivate (oxidize) the ring track. The spindle speed needs to be reduced when replacing the traveler for the first (10 to 20) times. For alloy steel rings, the spindle speed does not need to be reduced, but the initial spindle speed must be shortened. Several times of replacement time; the start-up procedure of compact spinning (not less than 7.3 tex yarn) is slightly longer. 08 Pay attention to the maintenance issues of ring travelers
After the steel rings enter the factory, they must be inspected and accepted one by one. There must be no rust spots, and there must be no burrs on the upper lip and the traveler track.
