Law enforcement officers from the Sanshui District Emergency Management Bureau went to Foshan Hongma Fashion Co., Ltd. to conduct production safety law enforcement inspections. After investigation, the company rented the factory to three companies: Foshan Shengguang Printing Textile Co., Ltd., Foshan Yiyang Chuangcai Textile Technology Co., Ltd., and Foshan Zhizhi Textile Co., Ltd. on August 1, 2021, but did not cooperate with them. The lessee signed a special production safety management agreement and failed to stipulate its respective production safety management responsibilities in the lease contract, which is suspected of violating Article 49, paragraph 2, of the “Production Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” “Contracting or leasing of production and operation projects and sites” If it is given to other units, the production and business unit shall sign a special production safety management agreement with the contracting unit and the lessee unit, or stipulate their respective safety production management responsibilities in the contract and lease contract; the production and business unit shall be responsible for the safety of the contracting unit and the lessee unit.
