Cotton processing information management cotton bale online detection system
Taking the MJH-400 cotton bale moisture regain online testing device developed by Zhengzhou Cotton and Linen Engineering Technology Design Institute as an example to introduce.
The cotton bale online detection system mainly consists of four parts, namely sensors (3), testing machine (1), test power supply (2 sets of batteries), and host (1).
(1) Sensor: mainly includes moisture regain sensor and temperature sensor. The moisture regain sensor is installed on the bar of the pressure plate on the baler, and the temperature sensor is installed in the moisture regain sensor. They are both connected through signal lines and test parts. The sensors are divided into two types: ring sensors and needle sensors.
(2) Test machine: mainly includes the testing part and the wireless transmitting part. The main function of the testing machine is to use the moisture regain sensor to collect electrical signals. After voltage sampling, linear amplification, digital-to-analog conversion and other processes, they are converted into digital signals, and then the original moisture regain is calculated through the CPU. At the same time, the collected temperature values are used to calculate the electrical signals. The results are corrected to obtain the actual moisture regain. Then the moisture regain value is transmitted to the host through the wireless module.
(3) Power supply: Install the battery in the battery box and connect it to the testing machine to provide energy for the testing machine.
(4) Host: Mainly includes wireless receiving part, data processing part and data display part. The wireless module receives the moisture regain value sent by the testing machine, displays the value on the host computer and sends it to the barcode system through the serial port.
The testing principle of the MJH-400 cotton bale moisture regain online testing system is shown in Figure 6-13, and the circuit principle is shown in Figure 6-14.
